Return

Returns are eligible within 30 days for standard containers and 45 days for modified ones, if unused and undamaged. Contact support with order details and photos to initiate; an RMA is required. Customers handle return shipping costs unless due to our error, with a 10–20% restocking fee for non-fault returns. Exchanges for defective items are available upon verification.
